Windows (x64)

Not yet available in this beta. The macOS build ships first; the Windows build follows once its release checks complete on a Windows machine.

Signing

Both artefacts are signed by QuantumPivot Limited.

• macOS: Developer ID signed (Team ID WK9D5WJH56) and notarised by Apple. Gatekeeper should open it without warnings; if macOS reports the app is damaged or unverified, stop and report it.
• Windows: Authenticode signed; the publisher shown on the SmartScreen / UAC prompt is QUANTUMPIVOT LIMITED. If the publisher is missing or different, stop and report it.

Installing (macOS)

1. Open the DMG and drag Neptrix to Applications.
2. Launch Neptrix and follow the Setup page.

Updates

The app checks for updates automatically, downloads in the background and verifies the download before anything happens. It only applies an update when you click Restart now; quitting the app never applies an update silently.

Reporting a bug

Email beta@neptrixai.com with the subject [Neptrix beta]. Include: the app version (shown at the bottom of the Setup page), your OS version, what you did, what you expected and what happened. If the issue involves a governed action, attach the Audit Log export (Audit Log page, Export full trail).
